Reclean job is a redo of the previous job when the results of the original job was unsatisfactory. To allocate a reclean the following must occur:

  • Cleaning complaint must be submitted via Ticket within 24hrs after guest check-in
  • Must have pictures of complaint to verify and know what areas needed to reclean
  • Reclean will be arranged for a Ninja to attend to within the day once confirmed by region manager
  • No charge or refunds occur when a reclean is confirmed and attended to by a Ninja
