If you're unable to see jobs on your tab, we recommend that you:
- Be aware of your availability and shifts beforehand. Assigned jobs will be allocated by team leaders and KN support, to ensure that jobs get assigned under your name.
- Be active on SLACK with the KN support team, as additional jobs are booked every day and those could end up being allocated under your name.
- While on shift, please inform the KN support team whether you're unable to be responsive on SLACK. It's very important to be cautious about road safety during your commute, as replying to messages while on the road is illegal and unsafe for others as well.
If you're still unable to see your allocated jobs after trying these steps, please let us know through SLACK and our KN support team will be happy to help.
