KeyNinja guest communication ensures we are always adapting to your guests’ changing needs. The unique link with tracking details of our Ninjas and guest location and schedules will help facilitate a smooth process.
If guests are late to check-out and the cleaners have arrived, there will be an attendance fee of a minimum of $15.00+gst* added to the clean. You will be notified immediately so you can claim the charges from your guests accordingly.
*Cost may increase depending on how long the cleaner(s) have to wait, or how far out the distance is for them to return.
