You will be contacted through email when one of our Ninjas has reported a problem. The reports sent by Ninjas will be displayed on your dashboard and your bookings page. There are three ways for you to see reported issues:
- Check the report issues column in your booking list. A report has been issued when the green circle appears. By clicking on the column adjacent to it, you may view the detailed information.
- Under the edit bookings page, you can see reported issues highlighted below the associated job section.
