You will be contacted through email when one of our Ninjas has reported a problem. The reports sent by Ninjas will be displayed on your dashboard and your bookings page. There are three ways for you to see reported issues:

  1. Check the report issues column in your booking list. A report has been issued when the green circle appears. By clicking on the column adjacent to it, you may view the detailed information.
  2. Under the edit bookings page, you can see reported issues highlighted below the associated job section.
