The VALOR framework is a compatibility algorithm derived from the historical analysis of the combined Volume, Availability, Location, Outlook, and Routing scores of each individual Ninja or Ninja team. It automates mission allocation by assigning the most suitable Ninja to each mission based on a compatibility score.
Volume (V-Score)
Volume is determined by each Ninja or Ninja team's efficiency and effectiveness at completing a mission, measured against their acceptance rate and re-attend acceptance rate.
- Efficiency
Efficiency is measured by the capacity to complete missions within the average time allocated. - Effectiveness
Effectiveness is measured by the rate of success in completing each mission. - Acceptance Rate
The acceptance rate is the ratio of accepted missions to the total missions assigned. - Re-Attend Acceptance Rate
The Re-Attend Acceptance Rate is the ratio of accepted missions to the total Re-Attend Requests assigned.
Availability (A-Score)
Availability is determined by the suitability of a mission for each Ninja or Ninja team. It considers each Roster, Skill Type, Daily Acceptance Rate, Blacklist, and Equipment (Transport, Cleaning Supplies, and Cleaning Equipment).
- Suitability
Suitability considers all available and unavailable Ninjas or Ninja teams to determine the most appropriate Ninja or Ninja team for each mission.
Location (L-Score)
Location is determined by the familiarity of each Ninja or Ninja team with each Ninja base and the properties located within close proximity of that Ninja base.
- Familiarity
Familiarity considers the experience and knowledge of each Ninja or Ninja team with their local surroundings within each region.
Outlook (O-Score)
Outlook is determined by each Ninja or Ninja team's proficiency at completing a mission, measured against their preferences.
- Proficiency
Proficiency considers the performance of completed missions as reviewed by guests.
Routing (R-Score)
Routing is a real-time calculation of the most optimal sequence of missions for each Ninja or Ninja team within a set timeframe.
