How Do We Reach Out to The Guest Prior to Their Arrival?

When a booking is confirmed, an SMS containing a web link is sent to the arriving guest. It contains information on who KeyNinja is and advises them to book a time for check-in. Guests can also use the live chat or contact our support team if they need to update their ETA.
