Swipe "ON MY WAY" when you're on your way to meet the guest. Live tracking is now active so guests will be made aware of your current location and an estimated time of arrival.
They will also see your name, profile picture and rating. So it is important to upload a photo of yourself so guest can easily identify you.

When you've arrived at the mission location, swipe ARRIVE.
Look around and try to find your guest. Most of the time, they might be waiting at the property entrance. Either by themselves or in a group.
When you have difficulty locating the guest, feel free to reach out to them. Guest contact details can always be found within the booking.
If you get calls from countries other than Australia and believe they are from the guest, please contact KN support via SLACK for assistance.
Remember to always introduce yourself with a nice greeting: "Hi Alan, this is James from KeyNinja. I'm here at 8 Howard Street for your check-in. Always remember to greet guests with a big smile!
First impressions matter so be helpful and friendly at all times! Be understanding, as some of our visitors may have arrived after a lengthy flight. Make sure you're not putting too much pressure on the guest.
