Depending on the property, location, and host preferences, different types of key exchange missions exist. Check the label and instructions thoroughly before accepting your tasks.
Types of key delivery missions
- Check-in.
During a check-in mission, you will be assigned to meet arriving guests. The keys can be handed over once they are verified with an ID check - Check-out.
Collecting the keys from a departing visitor is part of the check-out mission. These missions are reserved for homes that only have one key in circulation, therefore they cannot be left inside. There are also pick-up and drop-off missions where you grant entry to tradies, real estate brokers, or even homeowners, in addition to meeting guests.
