Creating an account

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your best asset. Create an account by clicking here! Once you have completed the form hit the sign-up button and you are ready to start.

Connecting your account

Connecting your Airbnb account with our KeyNinja Platform is simple! 

  1. Sign in to KeyNinja Platform. New user? Sign up for free at keyninja.io/signup
  2. Once you have successfully signed in to the KeyNinja Platform,
  3. Click on the Connected Accounts button from the menu bar
  4. Click on Connect New to connect your Airbnb account.


Please note that Airbnb will require you to verify your account through additional steps. This is normal.


An Airbnb verification message will be shown on the bottom of the popup. 



Click on the link 'Click here' to verify, as shown in the above image.


You will be directed to a new tab.


Click 'I’m not a robot' and continue.


Return back to your KeyNinja dashboard and click the 'Connect' button. Keep in mind that additional verification steps may be required.



Choose your preferred verification method and click connect again once you see a success message.



Once you have connected your Airbnb account it will be shown on your Connected Accounts page. You can connect multiple accounts by simply repeating the same procedure. 







Action configuration icons

In the connected accounts list, the configuration icons are located under the action column. Please familiarize yourself with the three action icons listed below.

The pencil icon will bring you to your Edit listing page where you can merge and import your Airbnb listings.
The refresh icon forces it to sync to pull in new account information from your Airbnb account.
Use with caution! You can disconnect your account with the unlink icon. All bookings and information for this account will no longer be synced. Please note that all existing jobs will remain active under 'My bookings'.
